Hi, I’m Jacqi Coffee! I am a lifelong animal enthusiast, educator, and dedicated professional with a passion for connecting people to the natural world.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked hands-on with a diverse range of wildlife, from rhinos and elephants to raptors and reptiles. My career has taken me from conservation education programs to zoological care teams, where I’ve developed expertise in animal husbandry, training through positive reinforcement, and habitat management.
Beyond the enclosures, I’m equally passionate about engaging with the public; whether through dynamic educational talks, interactive tours, or personalized guest experiences. I take pride in translating complex conservation concepts into meaningful, accessible conversations that inspire curiosity and care.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Wildlife Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Cum Laude) a Certificate in Zoo and Aquarium Science from the Animal Behavior Institute and I am a Certified Interpreter from the National Association for Interpretation. My background blends animal care experience and education with strong communication, adaptability, and problem solving skills, qualities I bring to every new challenge.
Whether I’m working behind the scenes or face-to-face with guests, my goal is always the same: to foster understanding, spark wonder, and create lasting connections between people and animals. I have created this business so that I can provide fulfilling services for animals, clients, and students of all ages.
