Tutoring – Learning at Home

Mrs. Coffee – Tutoring Services

Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. With several years of experience, I offer attentive care for each child I work with. My background includes a college degree, along with First Aid Training and CPR Training, zoo keeping , camp counseling, etc. I am motivated to support families by providing a safe and engaging environment where students can thrive.

When I am teaching, I start by learning about each student and how they best learn so I can cater each session to them most effectively. From there, we break down complex subjects into bite sized pieces and work through them together. This builds a good working relationship between us and helps students build problem solving skills. In a typical session, we will start with student homework and use that as teaching materials. If extra practice is needed, I can provide that. However, I often find the homework is all that is needed!
